I was wondering what softmaxxes actually work, im pretty sure ive tried almost everything from taking care of eyebrows to getting better hairstyle, mewing and all that other stuff, but what actually has a 100% success rate? (doesnt matter if it takes months to see progress)
 
Whatever flaws you have is whatever’s gonna work for you

There’s some basics like

Gym
Skincare
Professional haircut
Teeth whitening

That will work for everyone, anything else would just be suited to your needs

Skin care usually has a high success rate, if you had bad skin before of course

nobody talks about this but if you tense muscles in your face for a long time they will stay that way, so do that if you can make a face that makes you more atractive.

Also face muscles in general shape your face and give the ilusion of good bones if you know what you are doing

hey ur name got me thinking, does bonesmashing actually work? Ive tried it for a couple of days with my fists and with a hammer as well and all i see is redness and swelling that goes away the next day.
 
chew hard meats, minoxidil on eyebrw and dye them black, get lean with a keto diet and 3:2 potassium to sodium ratio, grow out hair, tanning in the sun after cutting out linoleic acids

isnt it bullshit tho? I tried it for a few days. To get bone growth you need constant pressure on the bone, which bonesmashing doesnt give. You would need to smash your zygos for example constantly throughout a long period of time to see actual results. Bone density doesnt equal outward bone projection thats why i dont think this works even tho many users claim it does. Im open to discuss this and even get proven wrong cuz i really wish it was this easy lol.
 
Hygiene, eating habits, sleep, working out, calorie deficit, clean skin, hair, eyebrows etc, just a healthy hygienic routine and thats the best "softmax" nicotine and caffeine def count as softmaxing too if u wanna use them to suppress appetite

i wanna try suppressing my appetite but the problem is that its gonna affect my growth, as food is essential during teen years, but thanks anyway!

Its essential but eating like a fat Chud is gonna do u more harm then good, just watch what you eat, you can still grow and be lean in your teens

Bhai please reread what you just said, you tried it for a few days, this is something that will take months, as it’s not any actual bone tissue that you are growing, while I am not an expert on this topic I am my very own lab rat and I can tell you it works. Stick to an actual routine doing it 2-3 times a day

ok will do but i still think its just a temporary fix
