If you're not born NT you will never truly be NT but their is some things you can do.
Talk Less
Talking less will prove effective for cringe people and will boost your aura if you're attractive tall and have a good frame. Everything you say should have intent and purpose you should never be babbling or trying to speak over another person. Also when you talk as a man it should be naturally deep if you struggle with this its either youre talking to much or you didn't develop good
Smoke weed socially and meditate
This will relax you and put you into the moment where you can authentically enjoy the presence of others and nature make sure to listen and feel empathy for the people who are around you and make them feel heard
Be Funny and authentic
Be punctional and authentic do not be yourself in the sense of bringing up your weird interest (psl gods dark triad) stay away from that stuff in real life never say "JFL" "lol" out loud ever or over text with people you know. never go into your weird isolationist activities like bonesmashing or raw carnivore conversationally.
Have abundant and loving sex
This is a crucial step if you don't have consistent loving sex with a partner before 25 your brain will suffer in all ways including socially
Im ND and grew up with a great social circle and a few lovers under my belt ultimately know that its not over if you're ND
