Even tho my physique and life is still shit that was probably the best hour of the last week but tbh not saying much. Gym was way too crowded and I felt weak but it’s wtv. Honestly I don’t think any worse things can happen like I’ve had a pretty major downlight every day the last week sometimes multiple a day.
First the girl that I spent weeks building a relationship with got fed lies by my “friends” and ranted about me being ugly, took screenshots, made fun of me, ect.
Then I dropped said friends and my entire social circle and the only people I talk to on a day to day / week to week basis other than my father disappeared into thin air. (I still think it was a good choice but sucks regardless)
Then I had people irl find my TikTok (prob my .org and other forum accounts too due to shared username)
Then the girl I spent probably over 20 hours across 5 weeks hanging out with got a boyfriend and her friend sent me pics pittying me and revealing him to be htn, 6’4, and that they have been talking for a while (at the same time as me and her)
Then today the 3rd girl (out of 3 I thought were currently attracted to me) sent me a video and I open it to some 6’5 light skin nigger with dreads laughing at me.
Also today a 40 year old man stated his intent to come after me and ruin my life for “being rude to his employee” so that’s great can’t wait to see where that goes
Anyways I did some shoulder press and lat raises for the delts, machine preacher curls and dumbbell hammer curls for the biceps, then some cable tricep extensions for the triceps. Can’t wait for the semaglutide to get here maybe I will look more muscular when I’m hyper lean although it’s unlikely I just need to build muscle and get lean by the end of summer if I don’t I’m giving up on the gym and just using more fat loss and maybe synthol cause it’s been too long for me to look like this
