Solution for tear trough?

I know that fillers and implants remove them completely but I can't afford those.
Does anyone know a product which can help?

Its to do with your bones
Your under eye support is bad due to lacking/recessed infraorbitals

Fillers and implants will mask the problem

But the true fix is bring the maxilla upward and forward as the infraorbital plane is connected to the maxilla

So either a high lefort, lefort 2 or 3 (which is not commonly used for aesthetic purposes), facepulling with bone anchored expander (MSE (SARPE)), or Mew and try gain changes that way. At the end of the day this is a problem that is so difficult to treat

Lol I was joking but I mew anyways. Tear trough is a consequence of poor under-eye support and mewing has been shown to improve that. Might have decent results in 5-6 years.
