Get a Turner Syndrome GF. It's basically the opposite of Klinefelter's. @SubSigma @UndiagnosedSchizo

Linda Hunt, a famous actor, had it. It seems to have more health complications and a much worse prognosis than Klinefelter's, so there're less examples.

There seems to be medical data corroborating people with Klinefelter are lower iq and with less cognitive power.

That tends to happen when your chromosomes are fucked up in any capacity. Genetics are a delicate thing.

Would a person with klinefelters pass as a woma. If going through MTF transition?

It varies, but generally speaking they just look like a low-testosterone male. They definitely have greater capacity to pass as a woman because they're effeminate, but in most cases they're still distinctly male in frame (even if they have a shit frame with wide hips, it doesn't look quite female) and face.

Either way transitioning to be a woman with Klinefelter's is cope. There's "muh interesex" but I'd still consider them male, they have a Y chromosome and male sex organs, they have a generally male appearance. Same thing goes for Turner Syndrome, those who have it are female, because they lack a Y chromosome and are distinctly female with female sex organs. Both are just nerfed versions of their respective sexes, with Turner syndrome having much more grave implications.
