thanksLoose skin around the hyoid usually means u cut hard and fast and ur skin hasnt caught up yet. If ur hyoid is still high/tight, that good it’s not structural sag, just surface looseness. U need to slow the cut a bit, up protein to 1g+ per lb lean mass, stay super hydrated and train neck and jaw muscles (like neck curls). Dont use anything dumb like GH or peptides yet they wont magically fix loose skin and can backfire. If ure still cutting 20 lbs, it might get worse before better, so prep for that. After the cut, give it time skin can rebound over 6 12 months esp at ur age if ure young. Also collagen supps, vitamin C, sleep and staying lean after the cut help tighten things up.
