Descended hard in fps game. Feels like my reflex and response time isnt that good as it used to be few years ago.

I would like to use something which would help me to improve both. Some ideas?

I don't know a lot about cognitive science unfortunately but I'd suppose there's not a lot you can do about it. In general the best way to prevent further decline (it's mostly inevitable due to aging) in cognitive skills is exercising.

Dude check out those finger exercises on youtube. That worked for me... Fingers are directly connected to brain and by doing those exercises you can really have a reboot on your brain which will definitely improve your reflex i think

dude wtf? the problem isnt your "reaction time" you dirty inkwell, women dont care about that stuff. you should really just work on your personality.
i think the only "drug" that you need is some more confidence, its quite clear youre lacking in that and women have a supernatural 6th sense to be able to detect it. maybe consider showering, and getting a haircut too. a haircut can really do wonders for your face.
