But when I got there, there was other people there already, and police were on there way. It didn't look like she was in critical condition.

About 5 years ago I saw an SA happen and I didn’t do anything, I didn’t even think to at the time. It was in a car, I could’ve gotten the license plate and called it in, but I didn’t.
