Can someone here give me names of some good, effective and high-quality skin bleaching products containing hydroquinone/monobenzone that can be ordered online? I am asking because where i live, such things are almosf unavailable and strictly regulated by laws, only on prescription. When i google hydroquinone and monobebzone i get many different results, many chinese sites that could easily be scams. So i need some help to find what i should use.

All prescriptions are digital in a database linked to your social security number where i live. I don't think paper prescriptions even exist here anymore. And people have been arrested and even sentenced in court over fake prescriptions.
