Nah, but looking young in your 30s will ascend you 1-2PSL higher within your age group since at least half of men start degrading by 30-something in some way

young looking 5PSL in their 20s becomes 6PSL in their 30s if you exclude other age groups, obviously irl they get mogged by 6PSL 20 year olds by a mile but they still will do very well
