I remember this interaction cause I absolutely hated the guy he’s like 6’5 180 dosent play a sport or anything gets tons of bitches anyways he told me one day that he only started the gym to see if he could bench 3 plates and quit after a week when he hit it. Kinda when I started to realize there’s no merit in me working out I’ll never have the genes to compare to other people no matter how hard I work or for how long. After 4 years of lifting the most I ever hit was like 250lbs and chest is my most dominant muscle genetically and training wise. Jfl bro I couldn’t even squat 315 if I wanted to idk why I’m thinking about that interaction rn but it’s crazy ropefuel if im being honest
