Arayns come from a corded ware sub group the fatyanovo culture. The fatyanovo y haplogroup is r1a-z93. The fatyanovo then went out east and became the abashevo culture which then proceed to become the sintashta culture. The sintashta had a close connection with the neighbouring srubnaya culture why is were scythian maternal lineages come from (MT haplogroup U5). The sintashta procced to expand further into central asia to become the andronovo culutre. The andronovo invaded iran, the levant, and india in which the indian invaders founded the gandhara culutre AKA the vedic. Most andronovo though remained on the steppe, they then split into the northern fedorovo culutre and the proto iranic speaking alakul culutre. These groups went further east and assimilated into with their mongolian and siberian neighbours to become the slab grave culutre (???) Aswell as with another indo european culutre on the steppe further east called the afanasievo culutre, to give rise to the proto scythian culutre the karasuk. By the time of the first scythians to come out of the karasuk culutre they were no longer european but a mixed race eurasian group

the Scythians were a proto iranic speaking people but they aren't from Iran they're steppe people and are the ancestors of turkic steppe people.

No, David Reich is a researcher at Harvard, Davidski is a Polish guy who runs the Eurogenes blogspot. He is high IQ af, in his spare time he likes correcting scientists if they make mistakes in their research, with evidence and logical thinking.

Most South Asians have R1a-Z93 as their Y-DNA haplogroup but have native mtDNA haplogroups (usually M or R). As you know, there's certain Y-DNAs paired with mtDNAs. I wonder which pairings are normal for each haplogroup, I have only come across a similar pairing just once, in a Kashmiri (a plausible link between us, since we are both from the Jammu and Kashmir region originally). :Comfy: And I have been looking at r/SouthAsianAncestry for months now. :ogre:

Yes, the evidence points out that it originated in the East European Steppes and not in South Asia, but copers gonna cope.

Pretty sure it's from north east Europe and derives from that corded ware sub group I spoke about

Genetically they were never proto-european and being steppe nomads they never were 100% homogeneous

This isn't true as the literally descend from corded ware, and also I was referring it against the beginning group

Culturally or genetically?
Genetically, culturally they're proto iranic. Even though at the time of the Scythians beginning they were mixed race but they did have European dna
