My nose is constantly bleeding 4 days post surgery not bad but bad enough.

I’m struggling to sleep on my back and keep turning and waking up. This is the worst part. I have slept on my side for 25 years and now it feels so hard to sleep on my back. I barely sleep 4-5 hours a night.

Mouth hurts when eating food but I feel hungry and liquid food sometimes isn’t enough.

I’ve developed a sore throat now and it feels terrible.

Also I had a dream last night that Kurds were talking over Turkey and I started panicking in my sleep. @SecularIslamist
Surgery is brutal but worth it. Just keep in mind all this is worth ascending.

The best way I’d describe it is it feels like someone punched you in the face 24/7

Put a pillow under your knees, a little uncomfortable at first, but physically impossible to turn.

Any normal sized pillow should work. You can try to turn on your side while you’re awake to test it and you’ll see that you need to physically lift your legs to turn.
