When I say all this goatis shit, you guys actually think I believe it.

I was joking when I said exercise uses up testosterone and all this bs.

I'll be honest though, long distance running or some athlete type bs is gonna do more harm than good, but exercise of course not. Especially with recovery and proper food.

I get the words don't pick up the sarcasm well but I'm joking with this bs. Goatis is right about a thing or two but there's a lot of things he is wrong about.
