Some questions about genioplasty

I have a straight, forwardly grown jaw with a normal occlusion. My chin has ok projection, but it is lacking in height by a good bit.

Would a genioplasty with downgrafting be the best way to go about addressing this or would something like a chin wing be better.

Genio is better in this case. A chin wing is more for full jawline reshaping and probably overkill unless you're aiming for major aesthetic changes along the entire lower third.

I also want more gonial flare and jaw width, but I believe some fillers here would be a smarter idea as I don’t need that drastic of a change there + it will be cheaper and less invasive

Yes, for them two concerns, fillers are indeed a easy move. A full chin wing would be overkill unless you wanted a permanent, drastic change to your entire jaw. Genio + fillers seems good to me.

i feel like genio is more corrective, since your looking for chin height despite having a noramlly projected chin there really isnt much bone to work with and implants will provide better results

My projection is quite meh but not bad enough to be a failo and I look better with more

Does that change anything, since I am correcting chin, I feel as if I might as well change that
