I’m around 5’11 and a half and I’m 15, I have a very clean diet and I train 6x per week and all that I struggle with the rare problem of overeating protein with my intakes a day sometime being low in calorie yet high in protein, for example the other day I had 2100 calories but 230 grams of protein meaning I smashed my protein goal but didn’t hit my calorie goal, but anyways my problem is I’m 150 pounds and I got a dexa which yes I know are inaccurate sometimes and it came back that I’m 13.9 percent body fat yet I still have a fat torso with no visible abdominals?
