Your nuts are gonna shrink so HCG is an obvious one. for hpta, Androxal and Tamoxifen(superior to the usual clomid, hcg, and tamoxifen).

usually 300-500 iu of hcg every other day. Tamoxifen 20mg upon waking up and androxal start 6.25mg for the first 2 weeks and then bump up to 12-12.5mg every other day. Do this for 3-4 weeks and see where you're at with the bloodwork.
