You fucking animal, Just start a fight sport, play basketball in free time, sprint, do some calisthenics(if you have no muscle losing Weight aint gonna help).
Eat meat, organs, eggs, RAW dairy, RAW honey/royal Kelly and fruit; i dont Need to even count calories.

are you stupid? you want to lose body fat without losing weight, that means you need to gain muscle. just go to the gym and do pullups, bench press, shoulder press etc. is this knowledge not available for 15 year olds?

Diet fixes the fat, of you jog you ruin your body, Just sprint do not do long duration cardio It destroyes body and hormones(too much stress to the body), we humans where meant to walk and sprint
