I know the scale goes upto 8

But what do the ratings from: 4-8 PSL mean and how common is each rating irl?
For example, how common is a PSL 6 foid irl? 1 in 20 etc for example

psl 5 is top 20% so 1 in 5
psl 4 is normie
anything under 4 is subhuman, anything above 6 is chad/giga/terachad jfl

But this also depends on the location or a country, like for example - in India, a PSL5 guy would not be 1 in 5, instead it would be 1 in a million. JFL !
