That’s obviously water retention that went away but wtf? Is there some kind of fluid that’s in the face too or something?

It has nothin to due with his skin. Your skin can’t just loose 80% elasticity over night then bounce back like that. Besides his jaw and cheekbones getting smaller 100% indicates volume loss. It’s obvious asf
