Im probably gonna make a guide on that soon, but in the mean time take a look at the study pyramid, there is a lot of academic papers backing it up and it has worked for me. Good luck bro

Just read till your balls drop off. Use adderal to study longer and process more information. Use pneumonics for all the other info you need

honestly flashcards work for me you could try those

There are 2 ways to study: The first is studying to pass a class, the second is studying to learn.
The first method of studying is very easy and simply entails following the assignments, cramming for tests with flashcards, etc...

The second way, studying to learn, can be very time-consuming, but if you're learning something useful it's worth it to put the effort and time in. A quick tip would be to study to learn for core classes that are prerequisites for others or that cover stuff you'll actually need to know in the future.

The best way to actually learn a subject is to read a book. Not watch a video or look at slides, but read a book from cover to cover attentively. If you are reading at a moderate pace you won't remember everything, but that's alright. The benefit of reading a book is that it gives you a framework in which to think, the smaller details can be filled in later.

If you do want to remember the nitty gritty terms and facts just use active recall methods, and repeat to prevent the forgetting curve. Methods include flashcards, mind maps, explaining things to yourself or others, etc...

Will make a guide later but biggest things are headphones white noise, some sort of stimulant, and isolated workspace (no phone or social media), and making sure that studying actually feels strenuous (no passive reading over notes or dumb shit like that)
