Someone who knows about sleep and circadian rhytm help me!!

Im trying to fix my sleep and for few months i started sleeping 5 hours at nighttime and 2 hours at daytime so its not the same as 7 hours yk. And now im trying to fix it by only sleeping at night and not sleeping at day. So how long does it take for my body to get used to it? Cuz since i dont sleep at daytime i feel very sleepy at daytime.

Best time to sleep is 9:30 pm and best time to wake up is 6:00 am
Look at the sunset which will biochemically align ur circadian rhythm
Avoid blue light exposure, eat before at least 2 hrs before bed time
Keep ur room as cold as possible
You can also take a warm shower to further relax ur body

Aim to sleep at least 9 hrs so that u won’t be sleepy during daytime
