Your midface doesn't look long, maybe a smidge downward grown (unsure) but not enough to be a failo on its own. Only thing I morphed was your forehead. Cranium just looks a bit short and recessed.
Since I dont believe this would be a smart spot for any Kind of bonesmashing. Any surgery that could help me out?
Forehead implants exist but mostly only rounded ones that feminise the forehead. Some scans of implants made by Eppley can be found floating around but these rarely ever come with befores and afters. Eppley will pretty much design any implant you want but is awfully costly.

Looks childish and neotenous probably due to low soft tissue support around the mouth. I might be wrong so maybe consider morphing your lips and seeing if that improves your profile. Yours looks decent enough otherwise.
