Something to do against shaking??

Ive been going to the gym for about a year and my journey so far was one bulk and now im cutting

But for some reason over the year i always shake and shiver even by the easiest tasks

Ive got like 70% stronger over the time and i can do like 30 pushups with ease but i already shiver at the sescond rep .

Could this be because of lack of muscles, weak joints, lack of nutrition or even my nerves that are fucked up

does anybody had the experience with that and maybe know a cure ?? My ideas were MSM or BPC-157 but this would only strengthen my joints . Last idea would be test but im not so sure if this would have drastic changes

Blood test?
Have thought about that , good thing is i live in germany so the helath care will prolly take it over , i wanted to get my opinion from here firdt before i go see the doctor
Do you have trauma?
Not that i am fimaliar of , i only had once falling on my head when i was 10 and it was a tiny laceration that didnt needed stitches .

Besides that i have never injured myself seriously
