sometimes i dont even feel like i exist

i look around and i simply cant understand how im even here, i cant actually believe that im anywhere at all

its quite a weird feeling. i look at my own hands and its like, how does this even work? i manipulate these pieces of my body with my mind, that doesnt even sound real to me
