Some people grow slightly in both height and masculine features in that range I know I did. You still develop (minimally) in many aspects then.

This is so true, my dad is pushing 60 with a full head of hair, he has minor thinning but that's probably just due to age. My maternal grandfather started balding young just like me. I have more hair than he did at my age thanks to finasteride and now dutasteride, I switched because I got paranoid that I was losing hair again after 3 years on fin.
