soreness and tightness in test injection area?

Just did my first test injection and its been about 20 minutes and my leg is starting to feel slightly sore. I looked it up and it said this usually is just the body getting used to it. There is no cause for concern right?

you will be fine, just watch out for redness spreading

What syringe do you use?
