Got it g worked out today on the rowing machine for 20 mins burnt 260 calories and my teacher said if I did that for a hour I would of burnt 1000 thousand calories so might try that out

Implement weight lifting into your regimen. It’ll help you a lot

I did bench press and shoulder press and 3 sets of 15 sit ups
Theres no way even if you do it at the highest intensity
And even if you were super overweight, still wouldnt be able to burn 1k in an hour row machine
 
So when you start your cycle?
