Sourcing semaglutide/GLP-1 in the US

I'm not fat/morbily obese so I can't get it from a prescription, nor will I pay a company like Hims 2000000 dollars a month to get a little vial.

I know some of you guys get it from China or something, anyone know any safe chinese sources that don't break the bank and aren't cheap/low quality? Gracias
