Yeah everyone in my family is skinny fat but they are all fine with it pissses me off

Bro I push myself so hard and eat so much protein etc enough calories but it’s just so slow to me and I’m jatt as well my tribe has Mogger physiques but not me but it’s getting better

tbh bhai all love and all but ur physique is extremely unimpressive for on test and a year +

I was more jacked at 15 without weight training. what’s your nutrition and recovery and programming like?

yeah this is pretty shit.

experiment with calories to find ur maintenance, eat 200 above that, eat .7-1 g of protein per pound of bw (make sure at least 75% is coming from high quality sources), you need at least 70 g of fat per day.

carbs are king. use any excess calories on healthy carbs to fuel workout performance and kickstart recovery post-workout by replenishing glycogen stores (aka ur first priority should be eating carbs after a workout).

also don’t worry abt getting lean in terms of a deficit because in all honesty you don’t have much muscle on ur frame

you can easily get substantially leaner while in a surplus. Why? Since ur on test and obviously haven’t gotten the majority of your newbie gains yet, gaining muscle through a surplus will reduce the proportion of body fat to your overall body composition.

aka if you’re gaining 3 pounds of muscle and 2 pounds of fat, you are getting leaner while building mass. Hope this helps

Yeah there’s a clear difference in my jaw at 15-17% compared to 10-12%
