Article in French so I used Google Trad:

New study confirms soybean oil is harmful to rodents' brains and more specifically to their hypothalamus.

New study in Endocrinology shows soybean oil to be inherently harmful to the hypothalamus of mice, results that add to earlier experience that also demonstrated the harmful effect of the oil soybeans on insulin signaling of the hypothalamus.

If we do not know very well what causes all these deleterious effects in mice, and if the same effects are at work in humans, we can already advise the population to consume less soybean oil. This is what the authors of the study recommend in their paper. We could suggest that people use olive oil or rapeseed oil instead, which gives an adequate nutritional profile for good health. Without sinking into paranoia, you can avoid using it in cooking and avoid prepared dishes that contain it. Of course, there are economic issues that make this oil highly available and inexpensive.

I am not surprised. Soy is the devil.
