just get stronger bro!!1!!1 SBD is all you need isolation work is for pussies!1!1!1!11!!

-fatass powercoper to gym noob

Today I remembered why I don’t watch youtube fitness. I opened it up and all of a sudden i’ve got retarded ass “muh noble natty” lifters promoting their “beginner strength routines”

JFL if you think the average skinnyfat or completely unathletic noob lifter who starts the gym can make gains off of some alphadestiny styled cope 2x/3x per week 5x5 program. it’s funny how the theorycels who do these sort of “beginner programs” tend to permanently be stuck looking like beginners while the average normie who does a push pull legs or something else neurotypical with higher volume and exercise selection will end up with a fairly-muscled, “noob gains obtained” type of physique.

i’m telling you, you don’t do these stronglifts 5x5, Jason Blohoe ICF, Alpha destiny beginner programs to get muscle, you do them to remain a beginner😂😂😂😂

and yet people keep falling for it. fuck, i fell for it a while back till i started asking all the jacked people in the gym “hey what do you do” and found out nearly 100% of them were on push pull legs, arnold split, a similar split or the one guy on upper/lower.

I stopped gym many years ago but the best results I got ever were with HIT. No bs.

5x5 sounds like a support plan for athletes

Eh not really, all that matters is time under tension and since your muscles aren't used to training you can do 5 sets instead of 3 this way and have more time

which is exactly why i stalled at 150lb bench and 250 or so deadlift on 5x5 and ended up bloatmaxxed asf when i did it a while ago.

these routines are nothing but gimmicks. maybe those with big bone structures and good genetics can make gains on them but that’s them making gains despite the shit routine, not because of it.

Appeal to anecdote idrc about your training because i don't know how hard you train. It's more time close to failure. I also don't even know how heavy you are, and the fact that you are bloated comes from diet and not training routine.

“muh muh logical fallacy!!1!!1”

go back to reddit, we don’t do shit like that around here, infact while you’re on reddit check out the stronglifts subreddit. you’ll see that literally NOBODY posts physique pics, only lift numbers.

wonder why?😂😂

As with bloat, that can come from training in such a way that you don’t build muscle from the spare calories, rather store them as fat, along with that the boomer mark rippentoe crowd who shills these shitass routines also shills getting past plateaus by gaining weight rather than upping volume as neurotypical gymbros would, so yes, training can cause bloat.
