Thats because alot of latino folks classify themselves as whites and see themselves as white, in the prison system they are known to make allainces with whites mainly because you have alot of white hispanics. You will latinos with brown skin damn near almost looking mexican or afro-latino classify and put on their documents they classify as WHITE.

So basically these guys belive they should have sexual access and priority over black men for white and latina pussy. This is nothing but losers in the mating market upset they don't have sexual access and use bigotry and hatred as a way to scare off the competition. Note its only a small portion of loser males in the mating market regardless of race who think in this manner at maybe a 20-25 percent clip. Most men see themselves as MEN first then their race second and see another man fucking a women they want as a loss regardless of the race of the male competition.
