Unless you have thyroid disease I'd advise against orbital decompression. It's a risky procedure that'll leave you with double vision at best and blindness at worst. You can consider things like fat grafts to remedy an exposed eye area. Asians often have flat eye areas but heavy fat pads so deep orbitals aren't a necessity for it or shouldn't be theoretically speaking.

dont you have to be 20%+ bf for fat grafting?

You can read on the side effects listed here. I rarely saw a case that didn't suffer from a few of these. It's not the most seamless of surgeries.
