Spending $ on Acne/visiting a dermatologist

I have real bad acne for many years from 13 until now at 19

I have an older brother who is 27 and he also has permanent acne scars on his face I would say this is a genetic issue tbh

So because of that my self esteem has been very low and I dont know If I should go visit a dermatologist to try to rectify this issue
It will probably cost thousands of dollars.

I'm also a framelet curry and thus I think that even if I do go get my acne checked up I feel that it will not really help me in the long run.

What should I do?

Tretinoin 0.025% and if it doesn't work accutane

There’s no reason to go to dermatologist just for acne. Just so tret for a few months or if you want faster results do accutane but get blood tests
