Spending the next 2 days in my sister's uni town up north. It's nicer there than down south.

I'm taking some time off postgrad training.

Me and my dad are in my sister's uni apartment. She lives there with 3 LTB/MTB white alt girl types who were very friendly towards us. Since I was masked, two of the girls commented on how "pretty" my eyes were.

Me and my dad drove 6 hours to go pick her up, and we're there right now in her room. We're gonna spend 2 days there while taking her outside and exploring the city and campus before driving her home now that term's over for her.

We need a little rest so we're both trying to nap in my sister's bed. She's in our room with us.

What I think of my sister's uni town: bigger space, cheaper cost of living, friendly people (of course you still have racist chavs though). Change my mind.

It's peaceful (we live in a multi ethnic but leaning slightly more white) neighbourhood in the Home Counties, a traditionally very white area.
We live in a semi detached house and our next door neighbours are a white family with an only child (he's a chadlite and dating a noodle PhD candidate).
A lot of people in our neighbourhood are Africans and curries but most aren't whitewashed. We prefer to interact with them and the next door neighbours most often (everyone else are middle aged or old racist white people that just stick to themselves)
I'll admit though, the North seems like a far more pleasant place to live, but wages here are brutal for uni grads

Indians still outnumber Africans but the number of Africans is definitely increasing especially in major cities and in the south.

There are here in huge numbers in my sister's uni town too, but I don't mind! (most of my friends are black)

We'll do that when we get home. We're gonna be making fried chicken and chips for everyone, and yes the meat is halal. It says it on the package.
