Then afterwards I felt like utter shit and now have a sore hand from smashing my table, a horrible headache and a feeling of depletion and tireness mixed with anger and disappointment. I get a similar feeling after gooning and binging pornography.
When I stopped I went to shout into my bed, growling like an animal and tensing my limbs. Perhaps it's not having a good effect.
For sure I have to stop with this but I don't know what else I should do.
