I just went through and deleted my old snap memories (most of which were selfies of myself jfl) and I noticed how much my skin quality had gotten better. My skin is still not perfect though, i might hop on niacinamide for maximum skin quality gains.

niacinamide could def irritate your skin, i would try 5% before 10%

if your skin is good without any active ingredients, just spf and moisturizer with a mild cleanser, DO NOT start niacinamide because it can fuck your skin barrier and make shit worse. It's not for everyone
