Wide palate or thick bones?
Investigating palatal expansion I have realized that the vast majority of PSL Gods do not have very wide palates, many being average or slightly above. Among those closest to Adam's standard, the only one with a relatively wide palate is David Ghandi and he does not stand out for his highly...

In a previous thread, I wondered if a broad palate or large, thick bones were more optimal for attractiveness. Most PSL Gods have very broad and marked facial bones, as well as palates of normal width. However, they also have wide skulls and faces, with an optimal FWHR (facial width to height ratio) or very close to it.
So something just didn't add up, so I came to the conclusion that one of the only logical conclusions I could come to was how wide and high bone mass his sphenoid bone must have been.
So if your own cranial base is shit, it is something that you should consider doing some research on how to improve this bone because many of those who have a very crazy ascensions are what already have precisely optimal cranial bases for looksmaxxing. (Clavicular)
To date, I have not reached a conclusive investigation on how to increase localized sphenoid mass apart from methods such as the use of drugs such as teriparatide and romosozumab as well as a high intake of calcium and vitamin D, but these methods are not localized. and it would very slightly increase the overall bone mass but I have been able to come up with a slight clue as to how to do it. Face pulling is a direct strain on the palatine and maxillary bones, as we all know, as well as on the sphenoid bone, since at the bottom of the palate slightly behind the molars are the lower wings of the sphenoid and it is likely that if you touch the palate through You will be able to notice them in that area, so one way to put tension on them would be face pulling, but it does not seem like a very effective way to me, but it is slightly more localized than the previously mentioned methods since a slight tension It could help trigger Wolff's law in the sphenoid.
Men its to hard know how to increase the bone mass of a craneal bone
