Saw some post on tiktok that said picking your nose can fuck up your sphenoid bone. Is it true?

Yes because the sphenoid bone is close to your nose, overall don't pick your nose that shit is gross asf

Holy fuck thats why in cooked ive deadass been picking my boogers since i was like 3 i think thats why i have a deviated septum everything fucked
