spiking sugar post workout (i need to discuss it)

does anybody have a sugar spiking routine? just ate 250 g postworkout yesterday for the first time w oatmeal n milk and yogurt. took a walk to make the glucose go into the muscles via GLUT4, used cinnamon before bed to crash, had the best sleep in a while.. im thinking of eating beans for the insane calcium and probably make calcium powder from all the leftover eggshells i cracked. making brone broth too for the collagen and fat contents. any ideas? (Mainly sugar related. have you had any experience with it? any threads i should look into? thanks in advance) 17 and 3 months now.

How do you plan making calcium from the eggshells?

Wouldn’t it be smarter to eat sugar pre workout for more motor unit recruitment ?

i need advice on how to go about eating sugar since i got the basic idea but when theres too much factors i get lost.. also eggshell powder is pretty easy to make get at least 6-12 batch of eggshells, wash them, and other utensils you need are a pot, an oven or a dry pan if u have thatn and a blender/coffee grinder and a container (should be glass) (the powder ur making is supposed to be in a dry and cool place to prevent mold).. i could make a thread about this so i go into full detail

yeah i forgot to mention, i ate a carb heavy meal like 1 hour before since the more carbs r in ur system the more ur cns responds well to it (shocking discovery). im talking about the psot workout since thats where i struggle to standardize it

consumption timing, insulin blunting gh post workout, high blood sugar spike = big sugar crash (makes me question wheter to workout 5 hours before bed vs working out in the morning since workout before bed basically cortisol factory) and if i eat too much sugar theres not enough micronutrients in my body like mag, zinc or b vitamins since thats what they use to process it etc.. oh and risk of diabetes but thats if you eat too much for too long and we know gh is secreted in pulses this is what im talking about

its not about muscles (sort of but not the main point) i just want more bonemass and fix my bones.. mandible mainly tbh and height if i can salvage any.
 
this thread is going offtopic does anybody spike sugar like me or do i have to figure ts out by my own.. i ususally spike it 2 times a day one before workout w carbs and one time postworkout and i go on long walks.. i need optimization.. sugar is everything man the reason kids preceive time to slowly is because their metabolic clock is faster than the adults due to their glucose consumption and what do you know it theyre young and thier insulin resistance is basically non existent and wow they drop teeth too so no risk of cavities or plaque I FUCKING WISH I ATE MORE SUGAR AS A KID FUCK THIS BULLSHIT

Bro I what you mean but still you won’t get diabetes.I know niggas that eat 6 ice cream a days and 5 McDonald’s pie and they don’t got diabetes.

Also if I remember correctly from biology class you can’t get diabetes by eating sugar

yea its the insulin resistance that gets u or ur cells not even producing insulin so u gotta outsource it. so basically i jus eat a fuck ton of sugar and meat?
