does anybody have a sugar spiking routine? just ate 250 g postworkout yesterday for the first time w oatmeal n milk and yogurt. took a walk to make the glucose go into the muscles via GLUT4, used cinnamon before bed to crash, had the best sleep in a while.. im thinking of eating beans for the insane calcium and probably make calcium powder from all the leftover eggshells i cracked. making brone broth too for the collagen and fat contents. any ideas? (Mainly sugar related. have you had any experience with it? any threads i should look into? thanks in advance) 17 and 3 months now.
