I am already 19 so probably too late for HGH but who knows... If I got LL I would look deformed my torso already looks unproportionally small compared to my legs and arms. If I can just get from 5'9 to 5'11 then I'd be happy

I had the same weird obsession with sitting height and torso ratio for limb lengthening
turns out my posture was just bad. After I started straightening my posture while sitting it feels i am atleast average while sitting with 87 cm sitting height and 170 cm standing height

my posture is pretty shit from years of bad chairs I finally got a better gaming chair that forces me to sit up straight instead of forward leaning so maybe that will help it

yeah I sit taller than some guys who are 5'10" because of better posture now. Most people have shit posture i feel average height despite being below avg because i have military posture while most people don't

Yeah I know I gotta lift more also my posture is pretty bad so maybe I can gain a bit but my torso looks small even when I stand up as straight as possible
