From all studies I've seen related to bone growth and according to chatgpt it is better to split injections, at least if taking larger doses like 6iu and upwards

Yet some of yall insist taking everything in one large dose before bed

i tried one month doin 3 iu night, 2 iu morning. i grew more the months i just did one 5 iu injection before bed, idk maybe body builds better asleep. I thought the same, but i just dont get results from splitting

your liver cant make much igf-1 so you benefitted more from a spread out dose than all of it at once

as often as you can and at the highest dose, don't go up in your dose after your liver stops producing more igf-1 you can get bad soft tissue growth
