I started betting on football games over the past two months and turned $7.60 into $150. It’s not a huge amount of money, but considering I started with just $7.60, it’s very impressive.
I had around a 75-80% win rate, sometimes copying other bettors' bets and other times placing my own

This is probably the only gambling that's worth it in the long term, and can generate a consistent profit, and isn't based on luck.
I'm not saying you should quit your job to start spot betting, but it could definitely be a good side hustle

I agree
How do you bet? Do you look at statistics, or just gut feeling?
How do you know how much you want to bet for a game? Is this a percentage of the total money you have, or is it fixed $5 etc

poker too of course although theres rampant cheating nowadays online and even irl

but yeah sports betting can be legit for sure since the house doesnt care if u win they just try to get even action on both sides

are u knowledgeable in sport op or just use some type of algorithmic strategy

Crypto and gambling is interlinked
You trade on hype, esier to deduce

Arbitrage betting works too, but the bookmakers will catch on fast and suspend your account.

I usually bet not just on one team, but also on both teams to score, the total number of goals before halftime, and sometimes the number of corners, but thats depends on the game.

Sometimes i look at statistics, but already know what most teams are capable of.
I usually bet 4-8% of my money, but it depends on the teams and what I’m betting on.. (When I started, I put all my money on games that were close to ending, where the scoreline was tied, and I bet on a draw. But that was utterly retarded and I don't know how i didn't lost all of my money till this day)

I very rarely bet more than 25% of my money, but usually only when a very professional team is playing against a no-name team

Poker isn't even really gambling, in my opinion it's 90% skill-based.

I'd say I'm somewhat knowledgeable about, Sports betting ai's are inaccurate, and there are many factors they can't detect.

An interesing thing is that you have more room to exploit when there are more parameters.
Higher frequency of parameters correlate with more overall variability

Betting on something like a race, who will win.. has limited degrees of freedom. There's less of an edge you can get on not just the bookies but other people who place bets (what the bookies try to profit off of). In terms of statistics, it's largely who ran from point A to point B the quickest in previous races + consistency
With sports like football, there's more variance.

Which is why if you want to take advantage of the system, you want to find something you can bet on that has many factors and/or higher llikelihood of "uncertainty" per factor.
Online Esports is another good one people make bank off

It's also why I won't go for horse racing. It's similar to running. Much lower ceiling
I might start to dabble in football too

Yeah, a good side hustle seems to be reselling sneakers, might have to look into that, if not then crime will always be the most profitable business out there :blackpill:

I could also try to find good quality airpod reps and sell them, maybe even say that they're reps but top quality and basically 1:1

this reminds me of the legendary time I was gambling, started out with $0.01 and somehow won 400 times in a row
and ended up with $40 Bitcoin, but didn't withdraw 😢
was on a autopilot script as well :sneaky:

Yes only thing that takes studying and actual strategy lol

Not all sports are possible to be profitable in due to a number of factors. MMA is the one sport that you can be consistently profitable in. I've seen few guys making money every event but most cannot do what they do. They not only have 10+ years of experience, they have a gift for playing out the fight in their minds and knowing what will happen. I myself have 10y of watchtime aswell and if I really wanted to and put effort in, I could make money but due to religious reasons I stay away from it.
