give me sprint routine for hgh boost
 
3-4 days a week (I'm sure overdoing it is counterproductive) warmup, 30-60 seconds at 100%, 4-6 sets, wait till your heartrate comes down to normal before the next set, don't sit around, rest is for the heart and not for you.

for hgh u should do hill sprints and if u can go longer than like 10-15seconds ur nowhere close to 100% anyway

humans can only put maximum output for 10 seconds baki taught me either ways i dont have a hill so what if im gonna sprint on the road what should i do

as you said, output isnt even close to 100 anyway, it means to sprint as fast as you *can push* yourself for some time. 30-60 is not for incline youre dyslexic
