Nigga I shouldn’t even have to go into much detail but do you really think a 30 minute boost of growth hormone is going to make you tall or give you bones? The only growth hormone secretion that will do that is the growth hormone your body releases in sleep. I’m tired of people saying sprinting is good for height maxing or bone mass, there’s so much other shit you can do that actually works.
