There Is a study That shows . Hgh Elevated after a single sprint for 90-120 sec , It is possible that Suppression in Hgh If the second sprint Will be done with in 2 hr of 1 sprint Because Pituitary Can autoinhibitate the Hgh levels to prevent Over Use of Endocrine System

How to Prevent This :-

1. Do Single Sprint In Every 2.5-3 hr [30sec . Max Speed ]

2. Take l arginine 15-35 Min Before Sprint [Take it Before Last Sprint]

3. Take Ashwagandha And Shatavari Powder in 1 glass of Hot milk [1 tbsp , Take Ashwagandha Just After Your Last Sprint]

4. Perform This 6-7 Times A day

. Sleep 10-12 hrs

6. Supplements

- Vit D3
- Vit k2
- Zinc
- Boron
- Iron
- Niacin
- Vit B complex
- Ashwagandha (After Workout)
- Shatavari (After Workout)
- Tongkat Ali (Morning)
- Fedogia Agrestis (Morning)

so do one single sprint? rest for 2-3hrs and do another single one?
 
that seems way easier than doing a set of sprints, are u sure?

No Read properly I mentioned 30 sec max speed , You can do max at 40 sec but you need to focus more on speed
 
This is an uber cope. Just inject hgh or do hgh secretagogues.

have u used cjc, whats it like
i did 1.25mg cjc-1295 DAC weekly with 25mg mk-677 daily. Did that instead of hgh that instance bc it’s a little cheaper than hgh for the amount it produces and i was scared of chinese hgh with lead in it. Acutely, skin gets red and heart rate increases, feels weird at first but after a couple times it feels kinda good. Chronically, a little sleepier and more water retention and exercise recovery. I grew 2 inches taller in a month but i was also on a lot of steroids at the time.
 
how old r u and how tall? im 15 (16 next month) and planning to take mk very very soon, 20mg 5 times a week. Im scared of needles ngl and also considering aromasin but seems to extreme. this is all for height btw. i looked lots into cjc and did want to take it but needles and shit im too lost on how to start

i would if i could go outside, i rot and sit on this chair 24/7 and im growing roots cant get up

yeah you could toss in some testosterone, anavar, and aromasin

Or just Inject HGH
 
Dude just get on some MK-667. A good dose is equal to about 3ius of HGH. All this running and supplements for what? 0.5ius of GH? Thats Crazy

mk667 is good, if you want diabetes

You are not going to get diabetes running MK-677. You can run a good amount of GH before that even starts to become a problem. Can always be solved by taking some metformin/berberine/GLP-1s ect.
