Sprints are the worst way to lose weight. You can't sustain the effort for long, and contrary to the niggers who talk about the "after-burn effect" it really isn't making a dent. The best way to burn calories will ALWAYS be LISS cardio sustained for long distances at a speed where you can talk comfortably. You can basically do it forever, listen to a podcast or youtube documentary, etc. You will burn about 100 calories a mile whether you are lightly jogging or sprinting that distance, but if you sprint a distance of mile you will probably be done for the day.

and yes, exercise is a net drain on your height. It will not help. Elevated serum GH DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE GROWING MORE

Along with the fact that jogging at a low intensity your body wont produce cortisol and the majority (I think around 80%) of the calories burnt will be from specifically fat instead of other sources. Even if it burns less calories technically you're burning more fat by a significant amount.

Yep very legit, and doing intense exercise depletes glycogen and makes you hungry and prone to eat more which just makes it harder

Height is written in your genes.

Roidmaxx or it's over, no exercise is saving it.

100m sprints Burn like 9 calories. Its just distance moved. If you want to jump rope it can Burn 100 calories in 10 minutes.

Jump rope mogs sprinting 10x Times calorie burning wise

The only cope For Height is LL. These Are just For leanmaxxing

There Are no mile sprints. The longest sprint is 400m which op absolutely cannot do.

What about it? I meant distance as in total distance, for example running 2x8x100m

so light intensity is the best to go
correct. If you jog/bike/walk at a moderate pace 4-5 miles in the morning, 4-5 at night, you will be down about 1000kcals for the day and your glycogen stores won’t take a huge hit so you won’t really get hungrier. Just eat as usual or slightly restrict calories by 100-250kcals.

Calorie Wise walking and running Are The same. Walking just takes longer and doesnt improve cardio. The formula For calories burned is your weight in kg*distance in km*0.8

Thoughts?

Thoughts?

Hm.
I’ve got a few.
“Why is this teenager citing roided instagram influencers?”
“Why does he think that running at a slower sustained pace would put more force on his joints than running at a faster pace where he is hitting the ground with more force?”
“Why does he think cortisol will raise more from light low heart-rate jogging than high intensity sprinting which puts a greater strain on the cardiovascular system?”

Along with the fact hes confusing stats done on studies from interval sprints (legit) and thinking it applies to long distance sprinting which absolutely fucking spikes cortisol which rapes your test. But interval sprints will boost test and hgh but thats because its high intensity over a very short duration, you lose those positive side effects once it becomes high intensity with a long duration.

Nothing other than making sure you get enough calories and nutrient or pharmacology will change your height.

Sprinting will burn more calories per minute but is harder to recover from esp if you are doing resistance training too. Jump rope burns less cal/min but you have the advantage of being able to jump for longer periods and easier to recover from

Every single one of this guys videos is like this, he takes studies and stats completely out of context
