As someone that's dated a few of them, I can say this is very much true. Can't speak for Japanese and Korean women because I've never been in a realtionship with those ones, but I have dated Vietnamese, Taiwanese, and Filipina women before and all of them really enjoyed "taking care of me", cooking cleaning, and generally being really clingy' lovey dovey.
