Wife got mad when she saw black Santa and drove to another mall 20 mins away for the kids to see white Santa

I asked her why she took so long taking the kids to get their photo taken from Santa and she said that she had to drive to a mall on the other side of town because the Santa closer to us was black. She said this isn’t a normal Santa and that Santa is suppose to be white and she doesn’t want the children to get confused or scared. She literally drove almost a half an hour because she prefers white Santa over the black one. I just feel like this isn’t very normal
